HOW CAN WE GET IN TOUCH?

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
I will provide you with an online digital gallery of professionally edited images for you to view and download. You will have access to this private gallery link for 6 months following the date of your session. Please be sure to download all files within that time frame.
DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS, SALES OR DISCOUNTS?

WHERE DO YOU SHOOT?
I primarily shoot on-location and outdoors. I love natural light and prefer to shoot outdoors, but am happy to do an in-home session for clients who prefer a more intimate setting. I also cater to businesses who wish to have professional head shots taken on site and for those who take advantage of our Business Marketing package. I can provide lighting equipment, backdrops and props for indoor sessions if needed. Some of my favorite locations to shoot are below, but I always love new locations and am open to your suggestions!

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU SHOOT?
For the best lighting possible, morning and evening shoots are favorable when it comes to outdoor sessions. I typically shoot in mornings 9:00am – 11:00am or evenings from 3:00pm- 7:00pm (depending on time of year). More flexibility in timing is permitted when we are shooting inside.
IS THERE A RETAINER FEE FOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS?
Yes, for portrait sessions, the retainer fee is $100 and is required to book your appointment date. This will go towards your final payment (due upon start of the session) and is non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RESCHEDULING?
If something unavoidable arises, I will find a time in the very near future that works for both parties. If you must cancel completely, please remember session retainer fees are non-refundable. I will reach out to you one week prior to your session to be sure that we reconfirm date, time, and location. In case of inclement weather (heavy rain/wind/snow), all efforts will be made to re-schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
Please allow one to two weeks to receive your portrait session gallery.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
I am happy to accept either cash, check, Venmo or credit card for payment. All checks are made payable to Monika Normand.
