House of Blues Restaurant Branding Photographer

The House of Blues Dallas

The House of Blues Dallas is easily one of my favorite local spots to grab a drink, catch a show, and people watch from their patio. The restaurant space has a dimly lit and moody atmosphere with an eclectic mix of art, music, and badass decor. Don’t get me wrong, I like a nice martini just about anywhere, but the House of Blues atmosphere alone is worth the trip. I’d been wanting to shoot here since my first visit over two years ago, and I was beyond excited when the marketing team agreed to shoot some of their summer cocktails and specialty dishes with me last month.

Being a food and beverage / restaurant branding photographer is truly what I consider a dream job. Not only do I get the privilege of capturing the work of incredible chefs, but I also get to eat it too. (You CAN in fact have/photograph your cake and eat it too). Having one of the highest number of restaurants per capita in the country, I’d say Dallas is THE place to be a restaurant branding photographer, and y’all – I am spoiled sometimes.

Here’s a little taste of what we worked on (no pun intended). If you’re local, I recommend stopping by and sipping a drink on their patio or catching a local performance during the week on open mic nights.
