HOW CAN WE GET IN TOUCH?
The best way to reach us is via email. We are usually very prompt in responding to email and will most likely respond to your inquiry by next day. But, please allow up to 48 hours for email reply just in case. Email Monika directly at info@monikanormandphoto.com.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
For brand photography, you can expect to receive a gallery of edited images for you to choose from within 7-10 business days after your photoshoot. These images will be watermarked until you select your favorites and notify Monika to enable downloads. From there, you will have access to this private gallery link for 6 months following the date of your photoshoot. Please be sure to download all files within that time frame.
For video projects, you can expect to receive a first draft via Dropbox in 10-14 business days after your shoot day. We give you a week to review and request edits for your final revision (which are included in your package). Once we have received edit requests, you can expect to have your final video edit within 7-10 business days.
WHAT’S YOUR EDITING STYLE?
We have a characteristic vibrant, bright, and bold editing style. Images are lightly edited for a good “pop”, but colors remain natural.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We accept either cash, check, ACH or credit card for payment. All checks are made payable to Monika Normand Creative LLC.
